2. What are Shuguang Lighting's main products?

We mainly produce LED Strip Lights, Silicone LED Neon Light. To meet the demands of customers’ one-stop purchasing, we also have opened many molds for Aluminum Profiles, Linear Lighting, LED Downlight and LED Track Lights.

3. What LED and Driver do Shuguang Lighting use?

We mainly use brand LED and Drivers. Such as CREE, CITIZEN, Sanan, Samsung LED. Driver like PHILIPS, OSRAM, LIFUD, EAGLERISE, Meanwell etc.

4. What certificates do Shuguang Lighting have for the products?

Our products have CE, RoHS, UKCA certificates.

5. Do Shuguang Lighting offer free samples, and what's the MOQ?

Yes, we can offer free samples and no MOQ for standard products. But we have MOQ for customized products. MOQ varies depending on the product. E.g., for customized COB led strip light 2400K, the MOQ is 500 meters.

6. What is Shuguang Lighting's warranty policy?

We have a 3 or 5 years warranty for different products. Normally, 5 years for indoor use LED Lights, 3 years for outdoor LED Lights. During the warranty period, if customers have the proof showing product quality issue and certified by our engineers, we will request customers to ship back the failure parts and replace new items with free shipping.

7. Do Shuguang Lighting provide OEM/ODM services?

Yes, We have gained a lot of experience on OEM and ODM of LED lights. We have an experienced R&D team of 10+ members. We will strictly follow the principle that we won’t disclose or sell customer’s unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.

8. What is Shuguang's lead time?

Usually, we ship orders in 2 weeks. But it will take a little longer if we have the heavy burden of production tasks. It also takes more time for customized products.

9. How do Shuguang Lighting ship the goods, and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by express (DHL, UPS, FedEx): 3-8 days, by plane to airport (5-8 days), by Rail Transportation or by Sea(40-50days). Choose which shipping way, depends on customers.

10. What is the Shuguang Lighting payment terms?

For sample order amount below 1000.00USD, can pay by Paypal and Western Union.
For official order amount above 1000.00USD, accept 30% T/T advance and 70% T/T before shipment. If want to pay balance against BL, please check details with our business development specialist.
